Bike Valet

This valet project provides manned bike parking at Kimberley's Farmers Markets and First Saturday events this summer! This is a FREE service for all types of bikes!

• Farmers Markets 2024 (Thursdays 5-7:30pm)

  • July 4, 11, 18, 25

  • Aug 1, 8, 15, 22, 29

  • Sept 5, 12, 19

• First Saturdays 2024: (10-2pm) July 6, Aug 3, Sept 7

Thanks everyone for your interest in promoting cycling and connecting like minded people in the community!

Volunteer positions: 

• Lead (1) - provides oversight for set up, operations and take down (plus marks Bike Valet location with pylons/signage by noon day-of, that denotes that parking is being occupied by Bike Valet at 3:45pm.

• Set up (2)- pick up equipment at the foodbank and set up equipment including tent, table, fencing and racks at the designated location from 4-4:45pm

• Crew (2)- receiving, tagging, storing, supervising and returning bikes and collecting data. 

• Take down (2)- disassemble at 8pm and return equipment to the foodbank.  

• Back up list: let us know if you are willing to be on a list in case an extra body is needed.  ​
